We are hiring Snowflake Platform Engineers!

We are NOT looking for Snowflake developers—we need highly skilled platform engineers who can architect, optimize, and drive enterprise-scale Snowflake solutions. If you have expertise in cloud-based data platforms, Snowflake optimization, and data engineering, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate & Optimize : Assess Snowflake for data processing, storage, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Architect & Implement : Design and implement highly scalable Snowflake-based solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Performance Tuning : Continuously optimize Snowflake performance, resource utilization, and infrastructure efficiency.
  • Data Engineering Best Practices : Define and enforce standards for data reliability, quality, and consistency.
  • Modern Data Tooling : Work with AWS, Matillion, Fivetran, DBT, Airflow, and Astronomer to build robust data solutions.
  • Hands-on Customer Engagement : Provide technical expertise, implementation support, and best practices to clients.
  • CI / CD & Automation : Implement version control (Git), CI / CD workflows, and cloud-based automation.
  • Security & Compliance : Define user roles, permissions, and data governance policies in Snowflake.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with Product, Engineering, and Market teams to enhance Snowflake’s capabilities.

What You Bring :

  • Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, and SQL analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes, with experience in cloud-based data platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale databases, data warehouses, ETL, and Data Mesh / Data Fabric architectures.
  • Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions, engaging with stakeholders, engineers, and executives.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills—comfortable with whiteboarding, demos, and executive discussions.
