Integration Specialist

As an Integration Specialist, you provide our merchants and partners with technical support for integration via API and plug-in solutions.

What will you be doing?

Being a technical expert and efficient in troubleshooting, you support our customers when implementing our solutions via one of our in-house developed plug-ins for over 35 eCommerce platforms, including Magento, Shopware, Prestashop, and Woocommerce. Merchants with a custom-built solution will rely on your investigation skills when dealing with exceptions beyond our API reference and seek your guidance during the initial implementation, when exploring which payment features best suit their business model.

You will be in close contact with customer-related departments like Sales and Support, as part of a dynamic and international team. You build a bridge with our in-house development teams, benefit from their knowledge in different areas of expertise, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions.

Our team enables merchants to offer a frictionless payment process, for both eCommerce and Point of Sale. We actively stay up-to-date with developments in e-commerce platforms, identify and help resolve high-priority issues.

Minimum Requirements :

• Relevant bachelor degree
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopware, Woocommerce, and Lightspeed
• Experience with online payments is an advantage, but not a must
• Practical and innovative problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of PHP, JSON, XML HTML (5) / XHTML, CSS, PHP, Laravel, Composer, and Scrum is an absolute advantage
• Understanding of webhooks (GET, POST)
• Fluency in English (oral and written), additionally Italian and Spanish are a plus
