Your missions :

  • Maintaining customer relationships through the phone.
  • Providing customers with product knowledge.
  • Effectively managing all inbound incidents, such as calls and emails.
  • Collecting information from customers and solving technical problems.

What we are looking for :

  • Willingness to learn and apply new technologies.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Good skills and technical knowledge in the field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in high-pressure situations.
  • Norwegian mother tongue, able to communicate in English - orally and in writing.
  • Job details :

  • CDI type contract 39h / week
  • 3 months notice
  • You will have the relocation pack for the plane ticket + housing assistance
