We are partnering with a leading international MedTech organization to appoint a Sales Manager for Spain. This is a strategic commercial leadership role responsible for driving growth, strengthening distributor and customer relationships, and shaping the company’s presence in one of its key European markets.
As Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of sales and market development in Spain, ensuring long-term revenue growth, strong distributor performance, and sustainable market positioning.

Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations and distributor management in Spain. You will define commercial strategy, manage key hospital accounts, and build strong customer and opinion leader relationships while ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all sales and marketing activities within Spain to achieve revenue, market share, and pricing objectivesManage and guide hospital account managers and distributor sales teams, ensuring effective execution of strategy and commercial plansPrepare and implement annual sales and marketing plans with distributors, including product-specific action plans and budgetsVisit distributors and customers regularly, providing training, education, and support on products and sales techniquesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), ensuring the company is positioned as a trusted partner in interventional cardiology and beyondProvide monthly sales forecasts, activity plans, and achievement reports to senior leadershipRepresent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and distributor meetings, actively contributing to broader commercial strategyYour Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales / Marketing, or related field; additional medical background is a plus3–5 years of successful experience in medical device sales managementStrong track record in distributor management and hospital account developmentExcellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsCommercially driven with proven ability to achieve sales growth and market share expansionAnalytical, resilient, and results-oriented, with strong financial and strategic acumenFluent in Spanish and EnglishWhy Join?
