YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an international produce r with more than 5 years of production experience in an integrated agency or production house to join our Barcelona office. As part of Craft Worldgroup, the Senior Producer / Producer will play a central role in the production and will be required to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the production business and be responsible for managing projects from brief to final delivery on time and budget. The candidate will manage client and agency relationships and ensure our client's projects' smooth operations and delivery excellence. The successful candidate needs good communication organization and time management skills to manage our clients and internal production departments while always focusing on delivery, quality, process, and profitability. They also need to maintain high levels of trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, and engagement with the team. The senior producer / producer will ensure we know and work with the best creative partners, talent, and companies in and out of the IPG group. Develop strong partnerships with suitable people / partners / suppliers and establish a great relationship. They must manage small-pitch video and social media content production to integrate production fully. We look for a candidate with a business skills process, as they have a vital role in the company and play in the efficient and effective functioning of the organization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Management Responsibilities

  • Immerse yourself in the client's brand and offering.
  • Ensure clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through the process.
  • Set and manage client expectations, deliverables, and timeframes.

Production Management Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate between all relevant parties - internal (Print, Broadcast prod, Digital, the social media dept, etc.) and external (Client, cost controllers, and Agency)
  • Take responsibility for ongoing communication, tracking project progress and status vs. schedules, timings, delays, etc.
  • Check all materials (PDFs, emails, TVCs, content, etc.) and ensure quality control procedures have been followed before sending to clients.
  • Manage your workload effectively and highlight to your manager if support is required to ensure the successful completion of a project.
  • Manage all client projects from brief to delivery, ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality.
  • Manage, monitor, and update all timelines and set realistic client expectations.
  • Monitor internal workflows, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations.
  • Financial Responsibilities

  • Scope, bid, and forecast all incoming projects.
  • Manages POs, financial reporting, tracking, and billing against all project budgets.
  • Works with interdisciplinary teams to develop scopes and estimates of projects.
  • Ensure full compliance with all financial procedures and policies.
  • Tracking of all ongoing costs throughout the project.
  • Help develop initiatives to maximize project profitability while keeping a high delivery standard.
  • Ensure reconciliation and billing of all projects on time.
  • Assist with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function.
  • REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Fluent in English and Spanish; adaptable to processes and workflows.
  • Proven negotiation skills; collaborates well with diverse teams and clients.
  • Understands #production innovations and client challenges; manages complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Experienced with international clients and media production (broadcast, digital, social, print).
  • Strong time management, project management, and numeracy skills.
  • Proactive, works well under pressure; strong communication and IT skills.
  • Proficient with workflow and collaboration tools (FIORI, SharePoint, Smartsheet)
