Next Job Abroad is on the lookout for a Dutch Speaking Content Moderation / Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team in the picturesque setting of Malta! This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in both content moderation and provide top-tier customer service to our Dutch-speaking users, ensuring a positive experience across our platforms.

As a Content Moderation / Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with our guidelines, while also delivering outstanding support to customers encountering issues. If you possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellent service, this position is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and moderate user content to ensure adherence to community standards
  • Offer exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to our Dutch-speaking audience
  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall user experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and moderation activities
  • Provide feedback on user trends and moderation process improvements
  • Keep updated on best practices within the content moderation and customer service sphere

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Experience in a customer service or content moderation role is advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and content moderation tools is beneficial
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace new experiences
  • Strong interest in online safety and content moderation is an advantage
