Next Job Abroad is on the lookout for a Dutch Speaking Content Moderation / Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team in the picturesque setting of Malta! This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in both content moderation and provide top-tier customer service to our Dutch-speaking users, ensuring a positive experience across our platforms.

As a Content Moderation / Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with our guidelines, while also delivering outstanding support to customers encountering issues. If you possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellent service, this position is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

Evaluate and moderate user content to ensure adherence to community standards
Offer exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to our Dutch-speaking audience
Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and professional manner
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall user experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and moderation activities
Provide feedback on user trends and moderation process improvements
Keep updated on best practices within the content moderation and customer service sphere

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Experience in a customer service or content moderation role is advantageous

Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with CRM systems and content moderation tools is beneficial

Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace new experiences

Strong interest in online safety and content moderation is an advantage
