In this role, you'll wear two hats : one as a content moderator, keeping our community guidelines in check, and the other as a friendly customer service agent, providing support to our Dutch-speaking customers. You will engage with our users, helping to create a positive online experience while contributing to a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure it meets our community standards
- Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone to Dutch-speaking clients
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a positive, helpful attitude
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine moderation processes and improve user experiences
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and moderation tasks
- Share insights to help enhance services and user satisfaction
- Stay updated on best practices in content moderation and customer service
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English; additional languages are a bonusExperience in customer service or content moderation is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to analyze contentExcellent communication skills and a friendly attitudeAbility to manage multiple tasks in a busy environmentFamiliarity with CRM tools and moderation software is beneficialWillingness to live and work in Malta and enjoy what it offersGenuine interest in content moderation and online safety is appreciatedBenefits
