Key Responsibilities :

• OT Network & Plant Systems Support : Assist in analyzing and documenting OT network and power plant issues. Provide 1st-level support (onsite / remote) to employees or third parties.
• IT Systems & Documentation : Help maintain OT-related documentation, manage user access in internal systems and tools, and conduct internal trainings.
• Monitoring & Incident Management : Monitor OT network and digital assets. Register, prioritize, and follow up on incidents in alignment with OT Specialists.
• Procurement Support : Collaborate with the team in managing procurement processes, including payment documentation, internal approval workflows, and communication with suppliers.
• Team Collaboration : Ensure smooth communication with your supervisor and actively support cross-functional teams.
