We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join a dynamic, fully remote team driving innovative solutions in the creator and brand collaboration space. You will work within a lean, cross-functional team that owns the entire lifecycle of its features — from design to deployment and maintenance. Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain frontend applications as part of an end-to-end feature team, collaborating closely with engineers across the stack
- Operate and monitor applications using observability tools such as Grafana and Sentry, ensuring robust logging, alerting, and instrumentation
- Write and maintain internal documentation and contribute to shared engineering standards
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through comprehensive unit and end-to-end testing
- Manage CI / CD pipelines to keep them fast, reliable, and efficient
- Maintain and evolve infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Pulumi
- Participate in design discussions, contribute to technical decisions, and help implement best practices across the engineering organization
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in building and operating software applicationsStrong expertise in at least one modern, strongly typed language such as TypeScript, Go, Rust, Java, or C#Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, distributed teamSolid understanding of software engineering fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and API designExperience with testing, debugging, and performance optimizationBased in Europe within the CE(S)T ±1 timezoneBonus Skills
