Job Title : DMC Customer Service Manager
Salary : €28,000 - €30,000 gross per year + Bonus
Location : Madrid, Spain

As a DMC Customer service manager you will work Monday to Friday on reservations, speaking with providers and clients. If you have previous experience in hospitality or travel industry as a sales manager, group coordinator or concierge, and speak Spanish and English we would love to hear from you!
The ideal candidate :
Previous experience in Travel or hospitality Industry at least 3-5 years at level of sales manager, group coordinator, concierge
Proficiency in English and Spanish required
Detail oriented team player, we work individually and in teams
Well-educated, knowledge of the Spanish & Portuguese market is a plus
Experience working with Americans is a plus
Strong business sense and industry experience
Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills
Responsibilities :
Responsible for the overall reservations
Interacting with customers daily by answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate service for their needs
Creating customer loyalty programs to increase revenue and improve client retention
Establishing customer service policies and procedures
Provides information regarding area, including directions, attractions, shopping, nightlife, or recreational opportunities.
Arranges sightseeing and other tours.
Acquires tickets to special events or makes reservations for clients at a variety of venues, including for dinner, recreation times
Provides a variety of business services such as shipping packages and assisting with printing needs.
Plans and schedules special events, parties, or meetings.
Develops and maintains service relationships to fulfill the needs of customers, guests, or employees.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
