WHO WE ARE?

We are Maison CODAGE Mallorca, the first Spanish CODAGE Paris Flagship! CODAGE is a contemporary House of Cosmetology founded in 2010 by Amandine & Julien Azencott, brother and sister, passionate about skincare and customer service excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Provide tailor-made face & body care.
  • Become a CODAGE Cosmetologist : perform skin diagnosis through a complete consultation, and formulation of 100% custom-made Serum in the spa laboratory.
  • Become a CODAGE Facialist : perform all face care treatments (based on consultation), true technical face massage.
  • Become a CODAGE Therapist : perform all body care treatments, implementing our massage techniques (muscular, relaxing, draining) with passion, to meet the needs and desires of your guest.
  • Personalize the welcoming of guests while respecting the codes of luxury hotels.
  • Post-treatment experience and guidance to ensure a complete customer expertise to build customer loyalty and develop the sales turnover of the spa.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of the spa, cabin, and its equipment with attention to details.

  • You are passionate about the world of esthetics and luxury cosmetics, and the practice of face & body care.
  • You are warm, dynamic, smiling, and work with attention and intention.

  • Your ability to listen, your openness, and your interpersonal skills allow you to address different audiences and to integrate perfectly into a team.
  • You have excellent commercial contact and an irreproachable presentation.
  • You like to pass on your knowledge, show great adaptability, and are able to retain your guests.
  • You speak fluent Spanish and ideally fluent English.
  • You are a graduate in esthetics (mandatory).
  • You have a minimum experience of 2 years in a spa or luxury salon.
  • You know how to organize your work efficiently.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • Titulación mínima : Bachillerato / COU.
  • Experiencia : De 3 a 5 años.
  • Categoría profesional : Empleado.
  • Residencia : Provincia vacante.
  • Idioma imprescindible : Español - Profesional.

    • Responsibilities

  • Ayudar a la Spa Manager en la realización de las operaciones y la administración del Departamento.
  • Realizar las terapias, según proceda, con el más alto nivel posible, respetando las normas prescritas en el Manual de Spa.

    • Experience

  • Mínimo 2 años en masajes y tratamientos corporales, faciales y de belleza.

    • Essential Skills

  • Amable, verdadera actitud orientada al servicio.
  • Cualificación y / o 2 años mínimo de experiencia en terapias de belleza y masaje.
  • Fuertes habilidades personales.

    • Preferred Extra Skills

  • Experiencia en Resort Spa o en el sector hotelero.
  • Experiencia de un software de spa.
  • Formación en una terapia alternativa (Reiki, etc).
  • Comprensión alta de inglés.

    • Professional Qualifications

    Anatomía y Fisiología, Masaje, tratamientos de belleza (en todas las NVQ, ITEC, o CIDESCO).
