THE POSITION

We’re looking for a Sales Manager with solid experience, preferably in the hospitality industry , to help expand our footprint in Europe . This role comes with high expectations and sales targets, and we need someone with the expertise – and the network – to deliver.

You will manage and develop key accounts and proactively attract new business in the region. Your focus : room and catering sales across our expanding portfolio of hotels. Currently, our reach spans 22 hotels in 5 countries, and we’re still growing .

You will report directly to the Director of Sales for the Netherlands and work closely with our wider Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to push boundaries and smash targets.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain a strong network within the hospitality industry and among corporate clients

Drive revenue growth and deliver on high sales targets by acquiring and nurturing business accounts

Regularly liaise with Revenue and Reservations teams to optimise profit strategies

Use market insights and sales data to develop high-impact business strategies

Represent Odyssey at key networking events, trade shows, and client meetings

Ensure full alignment with hotel business plans and execute strategies accordingly

Fully understand and apply sales processes across the portfolio

Attend relevant trainings to stay sharp, agile, and ahead of the curve

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Proven experience in sales – strong preference for those with a background in hotels or hospitality

A well-developed professional network in the Spanish hospitality industry (both venues and corporate clients)

Strategic thinker with the drive to meet (and exceed!) ambitious targets

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Able to work independently, while being a strong team player

A flexible, can-do attitude and the drive to make things happen

Willingness to travel frequently within your region

Fluent in English and Spanish

Salesforce knowledge is a big plus
