Required Skills and Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Platform Tools
• Knowledge of other systems / programs is a plus
• Fluent English, preferred in the local language
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in ICT or similar by experience (min. 5 years)
