Your Role :

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. Your main responsibilities will include :

Lead Generation : Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outreach.

Prospect Development : Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of leads, guiding them through the sales funnel.

Collaborative Marketing : Work closely with our Marketing team to enhance lead quality and engagement.

Research & Identification : Conduct in-depth research on accounts to identify key decision-makers and generate interest in our offerings.

CRM Management : UtilizeSalesforce.comto track and manage customer interactions and pipeline progress.

Sales Strategy : Focus on qualifying high-quality leads, setting the stage for successful sales closures by our team.

What We’re Looking For :

Language Skills : Advanced proficiency inFrenchandEnglish;Germanis a plus ( you will be working for the Swiss market).

Communication Skills : Strong listening and rapport-building abilities to connect with prospects effectively.

Sales Experience : Proven track record in a sales or lead generation role, ideally as an SDR.

Target-Oriented : A passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Educational Background : A degree in International Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Tech Savvy : Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com, and strong presentation skills.
