About The Role
We’re looking for a Physical Security Jr. Specialist to join Fever’s Global Physical Security team. You will report to the Physical Security Manager and play a key role in ensuring that all security measures and requirements are effectively implemented across our events and corporate premises. This is a unique opportunity for an early‑career professional to gain hands‑on experience in a truly global environment — working on diverse projects, learning from industry experts and contributing directly to the security and success of world‑class events.
This position requires proactivity, autonomy and strong project‑management skills, as you will support and coordinate with multiple Fever stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of security and protection for our people, assets and operations. What You’ll Do
- Assist in the daily management and monitoring of physical security systems, including access control, CCTV and intrusion detection.
- Support the coordination of security providers and vendors, ensuring service quality and compliance with Fever standards.
- Help conduct on‑site inspections and assist in basic risk assessments under the supervision of the Physical Security Manager.
- Maintain and update records related to access credentials, incident reports and system performance.
- Analyse global security guard service providers and local private security regulations and legislation where Fever operates and where it plans to expand.
- Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
- Assist in reviewing and tracking maintenance schedules and service‑level agreements for security systems.
- Contribute to physical security awareness initiatives for employees and contractors.
- Support incident escalation and follow‑up processes according to Fever’s global security protocols.
What You Bring
1–2 years of experience in corporate security, physical security, intelligence or risk management.Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus (especially Spanish).Analytical mindset with excellent research skills and previous knowledge of security incident management.Emotional intelligence to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, especially during sensitive situations.Strong communication and time‑management skills, and a sense of ownership over entrusted work.Benefits And Perks
