Key Responsibilities

• Design Conversational Flows : Create clear and coherent conversational flows that enrich user experiences and ensure seamless interactions.
• Work with LLMs : Collaborate with data scientists to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for improved understanding and response generation within chatbots.
• Prototype Chatbots : Develop prototypes of chatbots, utilizing industry-standard tools to visualize and test conversational designs.
• User Testing : Conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback and iteratively improve chatbot functionalities based on real user interactions.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of conversation architectures, user intents, and flows for future reference and enhancements.
• Stay Updated : Keep abreast of current trends and advancements in machine learning and conversational AI to continually innovate and improve our designs.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design and technical execution.
