Consultor de Proyectos

Objetivo : Asesoraryacompañaracandidatos / asdeformagrupal e individualensutransiciónprofesionalde la manera más efectiva y productiva en el tiempo, garantizando la calidad del servicio y siguiendo la metodología LHH.

Funciones principales

Asesorar al candidato / a de manera personalizada en todas las fases de su proyecto de búsqueda para asegurar que dispone de las herramientas y recursos necesarios para trabajar en su estrategia : autoanálisis,herramientasdecomunicacióntantooralcomoescrita,investigaciónde mercado, gestión de su conexiones y entrevista.

Impartición de seminarios y realización de consultorías individuales / grupales en formato presencial. Alineación del asesoramiento con la metodologíaLHHyadaptaciónalatipologíadelosdiferentescolectivosbajosuresponsabilidad.

Garantizarlacalidadenelserviciode consultoría.

Captacióndeofertaseinformaciónqueayudenenlarecolocacióndelcolectivo,colaborando con el Departamento de Prospección para su correcta gestión.

Mantenerlainformaciónactualizadaenlaherramientadegestión internadela Compañía.

Realizacióndeinformesenelformato definidoporelProjectManagerjuntoconelClienteo Departamento Comercial a cargo de la cuenta

Requisitos

Licenciado / a en Psicología, valorable título de postgrado. Valorables otras licenciaturas afines.

Se valorará experiencia de 3 a 5 años en áreas de Recursos Humanos, Empresas de Consultoría, Headhunter y ETT, u orientación laboral en instituciones.

Valorable experiencia en gestión de formación, obtención de certificados de profesionalidad y acreditación de competencias.

Carné de conducir.

Disponibilidad para desplazamiento a las instalaciones del cliente, fuera del núcleo urbano de Barcelona

Se valorará nivel alto de inglés.
