Account Manager for the Spanish Market

The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. You will act as a consultant with existing customers, increase client satisfaction, retain a specific portfolio of clients, and develop long-term relationships by understanding their processes and problems. You will also identify product improvements and upsell opportunities.
What will you be doing :
- Build strong client relationships through regular video calls, understanding their requirements, and providing product updates.
- Understand the client's needs and goals, becoming the go-to person for anything related to their experience.
- Identify upsell opportunities to ensure client satisfaction and add value to their company.
- Proactively analyze your portfolio, make decisions, and develop action plans for each company.
- Recognize and report trends, potential weaknesses, and help find solutions to improve customer journeys and our product.
- Collaborate with teams (Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, Finance) to achieve company goals.
Your Profile
Strategic analytical abilities and excellent organizational skills.Tech-savvy with experience managing B2B customer portfolios (minimum 1 year).Experience in SaaS environment is a plus.Excellent communication skills, empathy, proactive, and a team player.Experience dealing with churn cases and upselling.Proficient in Spanish and professional English.Hunter mentality, persistent, hungry, and ready to hustle.1-2 years experience as a Sales Channel Manager in SaaS or digital transformation environments.Bonus Points :
Experience building a Business Unit or team from scratch.Partnership or channel sales experience.Knowledge in Human Resources, Software, or Payroll.Experience in full cycle B2B sales dealing with SMBs.Benefits
