Position : Customer Service Representative (Slovenian)

Location : On-site in Barcelona

Employment Type : Full-time (38.5h / week) with a Temporary Contract

Join our dynamic team in Barcelona as a Customer Service Representative for a prestigious travel company! If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and love working in a multicultural environment, this is the role for you.

What Youll Do :

  • Engage with international travelers and accommodation suppliers, understanding and addressing their needs with the highest level of service.
  • Handle inquiries related to services, payments, and technical requirements via email and phone.
  • Ensure smooth communication by providing accurate information and following set processes.
  • Be the go-to problem solver, navigating tricky situations with a positive and motivated mindset.

What Were Looking For :

  • Languages : Slovenian (C2) and advanced English.
  • Skills : Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and PC proficiency (Office 365, CRM Database).
  • Mindset : Solution-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Experience : Prior customer service or contact center experience is valued.
  • Location Flexibility : Ability to work on-site and remotely (within 100km of the office).
