- Engage with international travelers and accommodation suppliers, understanding and addressing their needs with the highest level of service.
- Handle inquiries related to services, payments, and technical requirements via email and phone.
- Ensure smooth communication by providing accurate information and following set processes.
- Be the go-to problem solver, navigating tricky situations with a positive and motivated mindset.
What Were Looking For :
Languages : Slovenian (C2) and advanced English.Skills : Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and PC proficiency (Office 365, CRM Database).Mindset : Solution-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.Experience : Prior customer service or contact center experience is valued.Location Flexibility : Ability to work on-site and remotely (within 100km of the office).What We Offer :
