Paid and rewarded certifications : you will be able to learn new technologies to develop as a professional in the areas that interest you most (such as Agile, DevOps, Cloud, QA, etc.) and be rewarded from 200€ to 1.400€ per certification, in addition to the paid exam.

To be a best fit you will need :

• Proven experience as an IT Talent Attraction Specialist or Talent sourcer.
• Familiarity with IT roles or Non-IT, technologies, and industry trends.
• Proficient in LinkedIn and boolean search.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of English.
