Your responsibilities and impact as IT Service Desk Agent will be :

• Provide 1st level IT support to the client employees via phone, mail, chat, or self-service portal
• Support client's employees in operating user systems and peripheral devices
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting via phone and / or remote access; monitor IT requests in the client's ITSM system, including categorization and prioritization
• Use internal knowledge databases to provide accessible and first-resolution support
• Collaborate with client's 2nd level service teams and external providers
