Your Contribution : Drive Growth in the DACH Region
As a Senior Account Executive, you will help expand our presence across the Dutch market. You will collaborate closely with Alex, founder of Fleet, and Peter, Managing Director DACH + Netherlands :
- Strategic Sales Leadership : Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our business in the Netherlands, focusing on medium to large enterprise accounts.
- Revenue Generation : Own your sales targets and contribute to regional revenue through new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Customer Success : Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Market Intelligence : Share insights on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to influence our offerings.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and successful implementations.
Your Profile

You are a proven sales professional with a track record of exceeding targets and building strong client relationships.You have over 3 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hardware-as-a-service, or related tech services.You are experienced in solution selling with a consultative approach.You handle complex sales cycles and navigate multiple stakeholders in large organizations.You are data-driven and analytical in your sales strategy and execution.You are fluent in Dutch and English.You thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to market changes.Your Chance
