You will work in a fast-paced, agile environment, ensuring seamless integration of services and optimal performance. Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient systems that meet business needs.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR : 1. Proficiency in Java (8 and 11) with a deep understanding of Java Core, including experience with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Cloud Stream.2. Knowledge of Kafka for Event-Driven Architecture.3. Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Redis databases.4. Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools such as Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and SonarQube.5. Hands-on experience with WebSphere, OpenShift, and containerized applications.6. Proficiency in microservices architecture.7. Strong skills in testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, and Postman.8. Fluency in English (B2, C1).Nice to Have Skills : 1. Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP, and Open API) and software design patterns.2. Programming knowledge in Python.3. Familiarity with Control-M Tool.4. Experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.5. Knowledge of reactive programming.6. Understanding of financial products and Confirming core processes.7. Fluency in Spanish (native or B2, C1).RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Develop and maintain backend solutions using Java and Spring frameworks.2. Implement and manage event-driven architectures with Kafka.3. Collaborate with database management teams to optimize the use of Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Redis.4. Manage CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, SonarQube, and GitHub.5. Ensure application reliability and scalability using WebSphere and OpenShift.6. Write and execute unit tests with JUnit and Mockito to ensure code quality.7. Participate in API design and development, ensuring compliance with REST and SOAP standards.8. Support deployment in cloud environments and enhance system performance.9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS : 1. Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.2.
