Location : Castellbisbal (Barcelona)
Based in our plant at Castellbisbal, the role is responsible of providing excellent service standards to our customers, which are based in several countries, by responding efficiently to their inquiries and maintaining high level of satisfaction. The position reports to the Spain Plant Manager and work closely with both local Operations and Sales team.
Responsibilities :
- First point of contact for Customer on sales orders.
- Identify and assess Customer’s needs to achieve the expected level of satisfaction.
- Process sales orders and ensure compliance with deadlines by organizing transport and following-up loading schedule.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and following up to ensure resolution.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information on Customer’s feedback to improve our service.
- Process the invoicing and follow-up payment terms.
- Act as a link between customer and other internal areas to ensure high level of quality in delivered service.
- Support Customer by providing relevant information about products.
- Act as internal contact point for the Sales representatives and provide support on an open range of matters (commercial offers, stock level, orders status, pricing, etc).
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Qualifications and experience :
About 1-3 years’ experience in similar roles, ideally within an international environment.Solid knowledge in logistics and import / export activities : contacts with forwarders, trucks / containers booking, preparation of shipping documentation.Fluent in English and French, with effective communication skills.Familiar with MS Office and SAP (or similar ERP).Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Customer-oriented skills.
