Mixture between Business and Technical Skills :

  • Business Skills :

Real and practical experience and knowledge in Banking and more specifically in Compliance Area (e.g. real experience in the following areas :

AML - Anti-Money Laundering

  • CTF – Counter Terrorist Financing Sanctions
  • KYC – Know Your Customer (with less importance compared to AML, CTF and Sanctions knowledge).
  • Technical Skills : Good Data Mapping and Data Analytics Skills; Good level of SQL, joining complex Tables, Data Sets from various sources. Deal Braker is the existence of good business skills (AML, CTF, Sanctions, KYC) and relatievly good Technical skills. Having only Business Experience without any Technical knowledge doesn’t work. An excellent technical specialist , without any real Business experience doesn’t work as well.
