Electrical Engineer – Design & Build (Mission-Critical Infrastructure) | Barcelona (Hybrid)

Its Design & Build division is dedicated to delivering full-stack infrastructure—spanning power, cooling, control systems, and mechanical integration—backed by a clear commitment to environmental responsibility and cutting-edge engineering.

They are now looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their Design & Build division , focused on delivering cutting-edge data centre and mission-critical facilities.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team revolutionising how integrated infrastructure is delivered—bringing smart energy solutions, high-efficiency power systems, and sustainability together.

As the Electrical Engineer in the Design & Build Division, you will :

Design LV and MV power distribution systems for critical facilities.
Integrate BMS, EMS, SCADA systems into intelligent infrastructure projects.
Develop load calculations, single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and technical specifications.
Coordinate closely with MEP and structural teams to align with high-performance standards.
Lead commissioning activities including FATs and SATs.
Contribute to control philosophies and smart energy optimisation.

Experience and Skills Required :

8+ years of experience in electrical design for data centres or high-tech buildings.

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Electrical Engineering or similar.

Deep knowledge of BMS, smart control platforms, and resilient electrical systems.

Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or EPLAN.

Familiarity with international and Spanish electrical standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA).

Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
