ADP provides payroll management and HR outsourcing services to clients. To deliver the best service, a large team of customer service professionals and a product that serves both external and internal users are essential, enabling the execution of the entire payroll process, personnel administration, and management with third parties such as Social Security.

Role Objective :

The Implementation Consultant Portugal is responsible for carrying out all phases of the project to achieve the service deployment required by the client, ensuring accuracy, precision, and legality. This role requires strong communication skills to manage internal and external, client-facing teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Detect non-contracted and out-of-scope service elements
  • Prepare analysis and documentation
  • Manage client acceptance and approval of analysis
  • Obtain and manage the client's historical data for initial system loads as required
  • Customize ADP applications to perform requested services
  • Request services and resources from internal and external providers
  • Escalate critical issues impacting the project plan
  • Validate services delivered with the client, whether internal or external
  • Conduct internal testing based on project requirements
  • Perform joint testing with the client (parallel run)

Experience :

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation, social security, and taxes
  • Knowledge of payroll and HR applications / programs
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience managing processes, registrations, cancellations, and change requests
  • Experience in payroll implementation, including all aspects of payroll platform deployment
  • Knowledge and experience in Product and / or Project Management
  • Functional knowledge of payroll systems
  • Abilities / Knowledge :

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Degree in Labor Relations, Law, or Higher Education
  • Project Management Certification (preferred)
  • Languages :

  • Portuguese (native)
  • Spanish (advanced)
