As an Administrative Technician, you will be part of the team in charge of the administrative management of our centers (Barcelona & Vallromanes). Y
You will also be responsible for preparing payment forecasts and remittances, and you will process clients refunds, incidents related to gift cards, billing, etc. As well as contact banks to deposit cash.
A big part of this role is about billing control, so you will track cash / credit card sales and bank collections with our ERP and collect and file them according to the company's standards.
You will act as the first point of contact for suppliers managing invoices, delivery notes, etc., and problem-solving related to them. Additionally, you will be responsible for welcoming suppliers and opening the door for deliveries as needed.
You will be delighted with our place in Barcelona, located in an antique warehouse next to the El Born Market, the place has been given a new lease of life and now is part of the magical AIRE atmosphere.
