About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our international Sales team. The mission of this role is to drive the growth and success of our company by proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients for SSL certificates (one of the products we sell). You will build strong relationships, qualify leads, and seamlessly transition high-quality SQL’s opportunities to the sales team. By understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions, the SDR plays a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and enhancing revenue in our target markets.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.

Target the following countries and regions : LATAM, Spain, United States, and Canada.

Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.

Convert prospects into Qualified leads

Set appointments for the Regional Sales Manager.

Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference in CRM.

Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to develop effective lead generation strategies

Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation

Manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines

Track progress towards meeting sales goals

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets

Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities

Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations

Provide accurate and timely information to management

Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process

Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

What we require

3+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales with a track record of meeting / exceeding the targets

Experience with cold calling

Proficient in Google Sheet and Doc

Experience in using CRM

Strong communication skills via phone, email and social media.

Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organisation

Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software

Time management and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility and adaptability to change

Fluent in English and Spanish

Fluent Portuguese or French is not mandatory, but will be a bonus!
