• Key Responsibilities
• AI Model Development & Optimization :

Design, fine-tune, and deploy ML and LLM-based models for NLP, generative AI, and automation features.

Build scalable AI pipelines leveraging Azure ML, Kubernetes, and distributed computing.

Work with LangChain, LlamaIndex, MS Graph API, and Copilot Studio for AI workflow integration.

Develop efficient microservice-based architectures for real-time inferencing.

Monitor and improve model performance for accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency.

Work closely with AI Strategists, engineers, and designers to ensure usability and alignment with business goals..

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

5+ years in AI / ML engineering with a track record of building and deploying AI models.
