Join IESE’s Industry Meetings Team to contribute to the future of the sector. These meetings provide the opportunity to develop specialized knowledge, skills, networking, creativity, general management, foresight, critical thinking, experience, informed analysis, communication, core values, and industry perspective.

The program focuses on some of the most important sectors in the world today, including Mobility, Banking, Insurance, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Energy, Real Estate, and more.

Main Objective

Through the internship, the intern will expand their knowledge in conference organization by performing support tasks related to marketing campaign preparation, contact follow-up, and customer retention.

Main Tasks

• Preparation of marketing materials and campaigns (web, brochures, mailings, etc.)
• Organization of conferences / events for Industry Meetings
• Contact with speakers
• Registration of attendees
• Preparation of materials for the event
• Assistance to participants, currently mainly online
