IT Delivery Manager Campaign Automation and Marketing Applications

Your responsibilities :
- End-to-end responsibility for IT delivery (accountability for the entire lifecycle) of several IT services within an IT product, from development and deployment to operations and decommissioning (Development & Operations)
- Manage service operations with multiple internal stakeholders (various business units and national subsidiaries) and external stakeholders, considering available capacities
- Manage escalations related to service operations (including SLAs) at the corresponding vertical level
- Ensure stable, high-performing, and efficient service operations at competitive costs.
- Manage day-to-day business partner, business project manager interaction, set and manage stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
- Manage delivery relationships, particularly in coordination with other IT products and their respective IT Product Owners, as well as external partners, based on service level agreements and relevant reporting
- Budget management and financial forecasting for operations and projects
- Identify improvement potentials with the development team and support their realization
You offer us :
Successfully completed studies at a university of applied sciences (min. Bachelor's degree) in the field of IT or equivalent trainingRelevant experience as a service manager providing IT services and in managing projectsBroad knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL, CobiT) – ideally ITIL® foundation certified, ITIL Service Operation and Service Transition certifiedExperience in managing external service providersExperience in managing Campaign automation and / or marketing applicationsStructured way of working and strong analytical skillsBusiness fluent in EnglishStrong team player and cooperative, experienced in lateral leadershipIntercultural competence and experience with international cooperationApply Online
