Job Description :
The role of the Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst is to support the Manager in delivering reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.
This candidate should be familiar with the Retail sales organization, initiatives, and data, to report performance in a structured manner and develop analytical models to facilitate decision-making.
The P&P Senior Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders (both within and outside the P&P team) to ensure effective delivery of objectives.
Main responsibilities
- Act as a sparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Retail Senior Management.
- Establish and own accurate reporting processes to track Retail performance across management levels.
- Lead projects impacting Retail sales teams, supporting or owning the full project cycle from concept to implementation and tracking.
- Create compelling presentations to communicate progress, facilitate discussions, and support decision-making; make recommendations in appropriate forums.
- Collaborate with regional Retail sales teams to analyze performance and develop action plans.
- Conduct detailed analyses involving large data sets and regional feedback.
- Assist in developing analytical models for strategic and tactical decisions related to Retail incentives, sizing, and organization.
- Build trust and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and develop a strong network across the business.
- Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to automate and standardize data processes.
