The Aixial Group is an International Contract Research Organization (CRO), a member of the ALTEN Group, providing complex services in clinical trials (phase I-IV) and non-interventional studies. Our offices are located in France, UK, US, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Romania, and India.

The CRO supports biotech and pharma companies across all development phases, specializing in complex disease areas like oncology and rare diseases, with full-service and FSP models.

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Developer for a great opportunity to advance your career in life sciences. The ideal candidate is a driven, self-starter who enjoys working in a global, dynamic, and intellectually stimulating environment.

The BD position is remote / home-based and open to candidates in the UK, Spain, and Portugal.

Role :

  • Business Developer with 5+ years of experience, focusing on FSP services and strategic consulting within the mid-size pharma industry.
  • Target medium to large pharmaceutical companies, identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue with tailored solutions for clinical development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting medium to large pharma companies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the pharma sector.
  • Identify FSP platform needs and deliver customized solutions for clinical trials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on market trends and client feedback.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within CRO or life sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of FSP and strategic consulting in clinical trials.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships with medium to large pharma companies.
  • Experience selling FSP solutions such as Biometrics, Medical Writing, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, or Clinical Operations.
