Your main tasks
- Drive the generation, implementation, qualification, and optimization of fabrication processes for complex polymer consumables from prototype to high-volume manufacturing, with expertise in DFM.
- Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes for new medical device products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure DFM principles are applied.
- Execute V&V protocols and prepare reports under ISO 13485.
- Conduct PFMEAs and risk assessments for new processes.
- Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and related documentation.
- Work with global teams in an agile environment.
- Help build and stabilize processes within a growing unit.
Your ideal background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.At least 3 years in process development or manufacturing, preferably in Life Sciences or regulated industries.Experience with ISO 13485 cleanrooms is preferred.Experience scaling processes from R&D to manufacturing.Desirable processes include DRIE, wet etching, sputtering, evaporation, soft-lithography, metrology, photolithography, electroplating, machining, or injection molding.Proficiency in MS Office and CAD tools.Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.Values
