Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in developing Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in technology applied to marketing and customer relationship management. We are seeking a Salesforce Architect.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Shape relevant data architecture roadmaps, identifying scope, prioritization, and delivery timelines, while addressing technical debt.
  • Produce architectural solutions considering security, software license management, high-level architecture, and technical designs aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Review and ensure the quality of solutions to meet business requirements and strategic vision.
  • Identify opportunities for product innovation and propose designs to advance them; drive innovation with quick wins and business benefits.
  • Support integration and functional testing to ensure compliance and address risks, licenses, and security issues.
  • Ensure service design outcomes align with quality standards and client offerings.
  • Contribute to Omega's communities of practice through thought leadership, training, and mentoring.

Experience and Skills

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar role.
  • Strong foundation in platform functionality, development, and solutions architecture.
  • Experience managing projects and collaborating with vendors and third parties.
  • Ability to interpret vendor proposals and advocate for cost-effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience gathering and interpreting business information and client processes.
  • Proficiency in core application technologies and collaboration with business and tech teams.
