We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth and local operations in Spain. This role will play a strategic part in identifying business opportunities, managing key accounts, overseeing market expansion, and ensuring alignment with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies in the Spanish market.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities across mobility, transport, and energy sectors.
  • Manage revenue performance and local market profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to deliver seamless execution.
  • Ensure compliance with Spanish legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and key negotiations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 in business development or leadership roles.
  • Solid track record in fleet management, fuel card services, or B2B technology-based industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to grow market share.
  • Experience managing budgets, revenue targets, and leading client-facing initiatives.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of the Spanish regulatory and business environment.
  • Digital-savvy and comfortable with tech-driven solutions.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required, while knowledge of Ukrainian, Belarusian, or Russian will be considered an advantage.
