At Flip, we design tools that connect and empower the people who keep businesses running. Our app is used by leading companies such as Bosch, Porsche, and McDonald’s to reach their frontline teams easily, no matter where they are.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape how hundreds of thousands of people experience Flip every day. You will define product experiences end to end : from framing the problem space to delivering polished, reliable solutions. This role is for experienced designers who think in systems, care deeply about usability, and collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship meaningful work.

What you’ll do

• Own the design for a core product area. Shape the full user journey across mobile and web, from early exploration to final polish.
• Bring clarity to complexity. Translate real operational challenges into workflows and interfaces that feel effortless and purposeful.
• Advance Flip’s design system. Strengthen the foundations that make our product cohesive, scalable, and accessible.
• Leverage AI in your process. Use AI-powered tools for ideation, rapid exploration, and research synthesis to design smarter and faster.
• Validate through insight. Collaborate on research, analyze data, and test assumptions to ensure design decisions are grounded in evidence.
• Partner for outcomes. Work closely with PMs, engineers, and customer teams to balance usability, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Elevate the craft. Contribute to design standards, coach peers, and shape how we work as a design organization.
