Senior People Operations Specialist
The challenge
We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to join our team in Spain. The position requires a good understanding of HR processes, employment law, and best practices, as well as the ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders and employees, ensuring that HR policies, processes, and initiatives are implemented consistently and effectively in the Country.
What you will do
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Compliance
Manage day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Oversee employee lifecycle processes : recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding.Ensure consistent application of HR policies.Employee Relations & EngagementAct as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related queries and issues.
Support initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and organizational culture.Mediate and resolve employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner.Talent Management & DevelopmentPartner with managers to identify training and development needs.
Support succession planning and career development initiatives.Facilitate performance review processes.Recruitment & Employer BrandingManage end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers.
Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners where necessary.Contribute to strengthening the company’s employer brand in the region.HR Systems & ReportingMaintain accurate HR data and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.
Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review.What you need to succeed
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or Law. A postgraduate qualification or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and / or Administration will be considered a plus.Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.good knowledge of Spanish labor lawExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Fluency in English (mandatory); additional European languages are an advantage.Experience with Workday HRIS or other HR systems is preferred.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.What We Offer
