Shift Information :

  • Work Schedule : Rotating shifts covering 24 / 7, including night shifts, from Monday to Sunday
  • Days Off : Two rotating days off each week
  • Shift Structure : Shifts will rotate between morning, afternoon, and night hours

  • Job Description :

    We are looking for a dedicated Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role involves providing technical support to Spanish-speaking customers within the web technical solutions industry. As an onsite representative, you will assist customers with resolving website-related technical issues and ensuring their overall satisfaction.     You will work in a fast-paced environment, offering both reactive and proactive support to our clients. Although prior experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage, it is not a requirement, as we provide full training to ensure you are prepared for the role.

    This is an onsite role in Lisbon, where you will contribute to high-quality customer service while offering technical support for website-related concerns. Additionally, you will receive extensive training on the company's products and services, with plenty of opportunities for professional growth and internal advancement.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish via phone, email, and live chat, addressing technical website issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems such as website errors and performance issues, offering clear solutions to customers.
  • Assist customers in navigating website features, account settings, and other technical aspects to maximize their use of the platform.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, delivering timely and accurate solutions in line with company standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering efficient and effective solutions while maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Document customer interactions and issues in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
  • Provide valuable feedback to improve customer service processes based on customer experiences.
  • Safeguard customer data and ensure compliance with the company’s data security policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and improve service quality.
  • Maintain high service levels under pressure, especially during busy hours or weekends.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Fluency in Spanish (C2 level or above)
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level or higher preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not necessary
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for technology and an eagerness to learn quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as part of a rotating schedule
  • A customer-centric approach and the ability to empathize with customer concerns
  • EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Portugal required
