Syspro Automation, a global engineering company specializing in automation and custom industrial machinery, is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive international business development for our automated custom industrial machinery and robotic systems projects. With offices in Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, and the US, we focus on :

Development of special custom machinery and process equipment.

Automation projects with PLC / SCADA or DCS.

Computerized System Validation (CSV).

Advanced integration between IT and OT systems.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience selling turnkey projects of special industrial machinery for the automation of processes and manual operations.

Knowledge of industrial machinery, automation and robotics, ideally across various sectors (e.g. pharmaceutical, product manufacturing, food and automotive).

Dynamic and proactive personality with strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.

Availability for travel within Spain and internationally (mainly Europe).

Spanish level C1 or better.

English level C1 or better.

Preferred skills :

Additional European languages are a plus.

Experience in conceptualizing machinery or robotic solutions and providing budget estimations for such solutions.

Responsibilities : Client prospecting.

Lead or support the preparation of technical offers.

Present offers and close sales for custom-made fully-automated machinery.

Manage and report activities to the Business Unit General Manager.
