Agricultural Estate / Hunting Lodge Tasks :

Man‘s tasks :

• Overall responsibility for a proper management of the estate in close coordination with the owner
• Personnel management and development : Leading a team of agricultural professionals, household and hunting personnel
• Training and supervision of employees to ensure quality and efficiency
• Organization and monitoring of maintenance work as well as external service providers
• Budget responsibility : planning, cost management, increasing efficiency without compromising on service and quality
• Procurement and price negotiations
• Ensuring smooth operation in all areas (viticulture, olive oil production, hunting)
• Communication with the owner and business partners
