ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Java FullStack Architect / Tech Lead, you’ll drive the design and development of scalable low / no-code solutions, enabling safe and efficient developer forking flows. You’ll lead a skilled team, provide technical direction, and collaborate across functions to turn complex business needs into high-quality, maintainable systems. This role offers ownership, innovation, and the chance to shape impactful products in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the architecture and development of low / no-code solutions to support safe and isolated developer forking flows;
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions;
• Ensure high-quality code through design reviews, code reviews, and adherence to best practices;
• Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation;
• Champion innovation and technical excellence while balancing delivery timelines and business goals.
