Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Supply Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations, as well as supporting supply chain activities and new projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Quality Assurance :

Review and maintain procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Review and upkeep of Quality Agreements.
Conduct thorough reviews of batch records from Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
Perform internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Request and review Product Quality Reviews (PQRs).
Manage relationships with suppliers and CMOs to ensure quality and compliance.

Supply Chain and New Projects :

Collaborate in the negotiation and establishment of Supply Agreements.

Identify and evaluate potential new CMOs to support business growth.

Support the implementation of new projects within the supply chain.

Qualifications :

Licensed professional, preferably with a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Italian or French is a plus.

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Commitment to working 100% from the office.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with CMO management and supplier relationships.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in relevant quality assurance and supply chain software.
