About the Role :

SquarePeg is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and facilitating communication among team members.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and assist with document preparation and management.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain databases or spreadsheets as needed.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks to improve workflow.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with office management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
