The European Emerging Marketing Finance team has an opening for an experienced, highly analytical individual to join our team as a Finance Analyst.

We’re looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking person to join our Europe-wide team. In this key role, you will be the finance partner and trusted advisor to a key strategic area of the business - EU Emerging, ensuring that the drivers of performance are well understood, providing your business partners with actionable insights, performing forecasts and building strategic plans. Just like a CFO of a business, you will act as a go-to person for all finance related questions for your business area. Your role will involve close collaboration with various EU and US based marketing, business and finance teams.

Key job responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to your designated marketing area, by collaborating with the business on analysis and insight generation to support decision making.
• Own and evolve the investment framework for your business area; assess business cases and support business development within your channel.
• Lead regular business reviews (weekly, monthly and quarterly) and deep dive into performance drivers where necessary.
• Build accurate forecasts, lead business and strategic plans for your area.
• Regularly interact with Directors and senior leadership to explain the performance of your channel and to suggest areas of improvement.
• Develop ad-hoc business analysis and strategies, and present recommendations to senior management.
