Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or related field. Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, VBA, pivot tables, etc.) and proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft PowerPoint. Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced, change-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities :
- Order Fulfilment Support : Manage the full cycle of order fulfilment, including creating, modifying, and cancelling orders as needed.
- Customer Queries : Address transactional queries related to lead times, shipment statuses, and related logistics, providing accurate and timely updates to our valued customers.
- Data Reporting Analysis : Support team data reporting activities, including pulling data, analysing reports, and updating dashboards (training provided).
- Logistics Collaboration : Work closely with the logistics team to track shipment statuses and conduct data analysis on logistics performance.
- Process Documentation : Develop and document new workflows to streamline processes and support training efforts.
