Site Merchandising Manager (Spain remote)

For our transformation to be successful, design thinking and user-centered design principles have to be central to everything we do. Since embarking on our transformation strategy, we’ve expanded the size of our global UX design team by over 500%, attracting some of the most talented and driven designers in the business. In 2020, Vista acquired 99designs, the global creative platform that makes it easy for designers and clients to work together to create designs they love, which also added even more talent and perspective to an already rapidly growing international team of UX designers.

What You Will Do :

Merchandising Strategist

• Develop strong relationships with key category management stakeholders and be very familiar with their new product introduction roadmaps, customer pain points, positioning strategy and main competitors.
• Ensure the new products fit seamlessly into the existing eco-system (within nav, category pages, site wide search etc.).
• Responsible for leading identifying and scaling wins to improve benefit for the larger portfolio, creating consistencies in the shopping experience where possible.
• Understand and monitor key metrics and levers the site team influences. Flag when performance deviates outside of trends, identifying the drivers and proposing actions.
• Conduct research and deep dives leveraging tools including Looker, Quantum Metrics and UserTesting.
