Position Overview :
We are seeking a driven and highly skilled Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. This role demands exceptional analytical skills, a solid foundation in financial modeling and valuation, and a willingness to work in a high-pressure environment typical of investment banking and private equity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 3-statement financial models with a focus on historical analysis and future projections.
- Perform valuation analyses, including DCF models, precedent transactions, and comparable company analyses.
- Create client-facing PowerPoint presentations to present insights from valuation analyses.
- Conduct industry and market research to enhance proprietary frameworks and benchmarks.
- Support transaction processes, including due diligence, valuations, and preparing pitch materials for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies, sale preparations, and optimization initiatives.
- Maintain exceptional communication and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
