Responsibilities :

Implement Oracle HCM modules (Goal Management and Performance Management) to meet project goals and timelines.

Collaborate with Deutsche Bahn's team to integrate customer-specific requirements.

Develop and execute induction procedures for Oracle HCM and mPM systems within two weeks.

Provide ongoing support and expertise throughout the project duration.

Ensure security and compliance, focusing on roles and authorizations in Oracle HCM Human Resources.

Develop reports using Oracle BI Publisher to meet reporting requirements.

Requirements :

Certifications : All relevant certifications in Oracle HCM modules, specifically Goal Management and Performance Management.

Experience : Proven track record as an implementation partner for Oracle HCM in large corporations, with a minimum of 3 project references.

Familiarization : Ability to quickly familiarize with the customer-specific Oracle HCM and its current maturity level and provide a concept for the induction procedure within two weeks.

Performance Management System : Rapid familiarization with the customer-specific Performance Management (mPM) system currently in operation and provide a concept for the induction procedure within two weeks.

Minimum 3 years of experience implementing Oracle HMC Talent Management

We positively value all work or study experience abroad.
