Nextracker, USAMadrid, Comunidad de Madrid, EspañaNew hire will learn all concepts and processes related to the Sales Operations department with a focus on NetSuite record creations in compliance with company policies and general business practices.
The hire will create sales orders in NetSuite under the Nextracker Europe / Spain subsidiaries.
Once proficient, the hire will maintain sales orders, closing any price and / or cost gaps between vendor POs and invoices. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates :
- 2+ years of experience in transactions within an ERP system
- NetSuite experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail
- Self-driven with a passion for analytics and infographics
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables and complex charts
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Drive to innovate and improve processes

The Sales Operations Reporting Analyst will be based in Madrid, Spain, reporting to the Senior Sales Operations Manager. The role involves analyzing CRM & ERP data using Business Intelligence tools to provide real-time, accurate sales activity insights. Collaboration with the Global Sales & Sales Operations teams is essential.
