Sales operations analyst Empleos en Madrid

New hire will learn all concepts and processes related to the Sales Operations department with a focus on NetSuite record creations in compliance with company policies and general business practices.

The hire will create sales orders in NetSuite under the Nextracker Europe / Spain subsidiaries.

Once proficient, the hire will maintain sales orders, closing any price and / or cost gaps between vendor POs and invoices. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates :

• 2+ years of experience in transactions within an ERP system
• NetSuite experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Self-driven with a passion for analytics and infographics
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables and complex charts

The Sales Operations Reporting Analyst will be based in Madrid, Spain, reporting to the Senior Sales Operations Manager. The role involves analyzing CRM & ERP data using Business Intelligence tools to provide real-time, accurate sales activity insights. Collaboration with the Global Sales & Sales Operations teams is essential.
